Welcome to StoryBun! These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you andStoryBun LTD (“StoryBun”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the StoryBun mobile app,website, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Ifyou do not agree, you must not use the Service.1. 2. EligibilityStoryBun is intended for users aged 13 and above. By creating an account or using the Service, youconfirm that you are at least 13 years old. We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate thisrequirement.

3. Accounts and securityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activitythat occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately ifyou believe your account has been compromised.

4. Use of the ServiceYou agree to use StoryBun only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You mustnot:• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.• Upload or share offensive, harmful, or unlawful material.

5. Free and Premium AccessStoryBun offers both free and premium (paid) features. Free accounts have limited access, whilepremium accounts unlock full functionality including longer stories and additional features.

6. Subscriptions and PaymentsPremium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Paymentsare processed by these platforms, and StoryBun does not collect or store your payment details. Yoursubscription will automatically renew unless cancelled through your respective store account settings.

7. RefundsRefunds for purchases or subscriptions must be requested through Apple or Google in accordancewith their refund policies. StoryBun cannot process refunds directly.

8. User ContentUsers may input prompts, save words, and upload a profile picture. You retain ownership of yourpersonal input and saved data. By using the Service, you grant StoryBun a limited, non-exclusivelicence to process, display, and store such content solely for the purpose of operating and improvingthe Service.

9. Intellectual PropertyAll other content within the Service, including stories, designs, graphics, interfaces, and software, areowned by StoryBun LTD and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy,modify, or redistribute StoryBun’s content without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited ConductYou must not misuse the Service. This includes engaging in hacking, data scraping, automated use, ordistributing inappropriate material. StoryBun reserves the right to suspend or terminate accountsinvolved in abuse or misconduct.

11. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way thatcould harm StoryBun or other users. You may delete your account at any time within the app settings.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of LiabilityStoryBun is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties that the Service will beerror-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryBun LTD is not liable for anyindirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to the ServiceWe may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without notice. Continueduse of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Anydisputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofEngland and Wales.
